These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website ww.lamedejulie.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. L’ame de julie VOF reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. L’ame de Julie reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

 
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Payments can be made using the methods offered at checkout.

 
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors. L’ame de Julie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

 
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in original condition and with the original hangtags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

 
7. Liability
L’ame de Julie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of its products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product in question.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on ww.lamedejulie.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of L’ame de Julie and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands.
