About L'ame de Julie
L’âme de Julie is a soulware label grounded in timeless elegance. Each piece is created as a reflection of softness, strength and quiet simplicity.
Our collections are made exclusively from the world’s finest cashmere, a natural fibre known for its unique softness, warmth and durability. Lightweight and breathable, yet offering exceptional insulation, cashmere is comfortable to wear all year round. It sits gently against the skin, bringing ease and calm to everyday moments.
We source our cashmere from Inner Mongolia, where goats live in high-altitude landscapes with extreme seasonal changes. These conditions help produce the long, soft fibres found in their undercoat. Each spring, when the goats naturally shed this coat, the longest and finest fibres are carefully collected mainly from the neck and underbelly and used to craft our pieces. These are the fibres that give our knits their distinctive quality and feel.
Our garments are made to last not just in how they are worn, but in how they make you feel over time.
The collection includes both airy layering pieces and heavier knits that offer more warmth. Alongside our pure cashmere styles, we also offer a small selection made with added stretch. These pieces contain a hint of elastane for comfort and movement, and have a more relaxed, modern look.
For us, quality means more than just softness. It’s about responsible sourcing, timeless design and careful craftsmanship.

Care Instructions
To preserve the softness, shape, and longevity of your L’âme de Julie cashmere, we recommend caring for it with gentle attention.
Hand wash in cold water, or use a delicate wool cycle in the washing machine, ideally inside a mesh laundry bag. Always use a detergent made for wool and cashmere, never standard laundry products.
If you choose to wash by machine, please ensure you strictly follow all settings: use a wool program with cold water, and set the spin cycle to a maximum of 600 RPM. These steps are essential to protect the delicate fibres.
Do not bleach, wring, or tumble dry.
After washing, gently press out excess water with a clean towel. Lay flat to dry, reshaping while damp. Avoid hanging, as this may cause stretching. Store folded in a cool, dry place, ideally in a breathable cotton bag to protect against moths.
Light pilling is natural with wear. Remove gently with a cashmere comb or fabric shaver when needed.
