Shipping Information
We currently ship within the European Union from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Below, you'll find details on available delivery options, estimated shipping times, and associated costs.
Delivery Options & Estimated Times
Shipping & Delivery
• We ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
• Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is included in the product price and handled mostly by PostNL.
• For other EU countries, a flat shipping fee of € 9.95 applies.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.
Couriers
• For EU shipments, we may use PostNL, DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination.
Important Notes
Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You can find our full return policy below.
Taxes & Duties
We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to countries within the EU, This means all applicable duties and taxes are included in your final price—no hidden fees.
EU countries include:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
For other destinations, duties and local taxes may be charged upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Unclaimed Parcels
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.
Return Conditions
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
• The original hangtag must still be attached to the item.
• Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be refunded, or only partially refunded.
Return Procedure
Register your return by emailing return@lamedejulie.com including your order number and the track & trace code of the shipment.
Send your return using PostNL, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 2 – 7 business days to the account used for the original payment.
Important
Always keep your proof of shipment and track & trace code until your return has been fully processed.
